These terms apply to purchases from Routine Relief Co, operated by Oxzoon LLC. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Products

We sell digital products and digital access packages. Product pages describe what is included in each package, the package price, and how the product is delivered after payment.

Payment

Payments are processed by Polar or Stripe, depending on the checkout route available at purchase. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Orders are fulfilled only after the payment processor confirms successful payment.

Digital delivery

After successful payment, the purchased package is prepared automatically and delivered on the confirmation page. A copy may also be sent to the email address entered at checkout. Delivery is digital only; no physical item is shipped.

Permitted use

You may use the purchased digital files or access details for the package and usage rights described at checkout. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, or share paid package files or access details unless the product description expressly allows that use.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy. Contact us within 14 days of purchase if there is a problem with your order or delivery.
